These two hours will be focused specifically on the snatch, clean and shoulder-to-overhead movements.We will find and fix points in your movement that might be costing you precious seconds in your workouts. Of course, if you are registered for the CrossFit Games 2015 this is an opportunity to fine tune your skills and then put them to practice in your training before the first workout is announced on 2/26. Your instructors for these two hours will be Jared and Andrew, who both have plenty of experience CrossFitting and competing.Not only will we go through progressions and try them on you, we’ll take video footage of athletes for comparison. If you have two athletes that are equivalent in their fitness the one with better technique wins.
